Julia Freedson is a seasoned, energetic and committed leader in international human rights and humanitarian policy. Having served as the founding director of Watchlist on children and armed conflict and as an independent consultant since 2009, Julia brings unique experience, technical knowledge and dedication to all her projects. From successful advocacy campaigns before the United Nations Security Council to research, writing, policy development, coalition building, team management and fundraising, Julia provides strategic advise and other consulting services to NGOs, governments, UN entities and donors.
