Yvonne Kemper
​I have over 15 years of experience in conducting research, preparing guidance and designing strategies for United Nations entities and NGOs. As an expert on children in armed conflict and a former civilian peacekeeper, I have worked at the policy and operational level on a range of thematic issues, including child protection, withdrawal of UN peacekeeping missions, protection from sexual exploitation and abuse (PSEA), youth and peacebuilding, and justice and accountability. I excel at breaking down complex problems and working with clients to advance practical solutions.
